Never Giving Up!

Life is going to find ways to test you. At times, you may even feel that life is unfair. The urge to give up and quit at this time are at their highest but don't give in. Whatever that goal/dream may be, if it's important to you then fight for it. Remember that there is more than one way to achieve your goals and dreams. If one way doesn't work, change your strategy. Never giving up doesn't mean you keep doing the wrong things over and over again, it means to be smart and figure out the correct strategy to take and then making them until you achieve said goals or dreams. 

Perseverance, dedication and hard work pays off no matter how many obstacles or bumps come along the way so never give up.

I have really fallen behind on posting new updates, events and such this past month but of course the holidays are usually one of the busiest days of the year.  This past year 2013, I have been faced with some set-backs, but they have not altered my plans as a writer and I intend to make the upcoming year my year to truly shine.

 
I hope everyone can say they had a wonderful holiday season but I know many have suffered through hardships, break-ups and or a loss of a loved one so for them I pray the New Year brings them hope for a brighter and better year.

I want to thank everyone who has followed me either here, on FB or my affiliated Blogs such as Satin Sheets Romance and The Romance Troupe.  We have had many successful Blog Hops, met new authors and anticipate getting to learn about many others who have come to us later in the year.  2014 will undoubtedly bring us a lot closer to our goals and dreams for sure.  Let's make these resolutions a reality and if you can't,
never give up trying, it shall soon come to pass.

Support vs. Envy

To be supportive of another person by providing sympathy and encouragement is not something that comes by lightly to some.  It is truly a pity that many think supporting another can be a disadvantage to them and even more of a pity when said reason is due to envy or possibly resentment.

To have such discontent to another individuals advantages, success and or possessions is such an ugly thing, and even more so when one claims to be of religious faith, but somehow allows the hate and envy to still set in.

As a person who simply enjoys seeing others shine and achieve success I find this lack of support from individuals I am close to unbearable.  I can’t seem to understand how one can want another to not obtain the success they worked so hard to earn.  Success in life does not come easy, it takes perseverance, dedication, long days; late nights and a lot of stress to get there so why not be as supportive as possible.

Therefore, to everyone needing a boost of support I’d like to say.  Great work, congratulations and keep your head up as you continue on the road to success.  Remember to thank those who have been there and lent a helping hand and always stay as humble as possible.
