Pumpkin Flan Recipe 

Ingredients: 

Flan

4 eggs

1 can condensed milk

1 can of evaporated milk

8 oz Cream Cheese

12 Ounces of Pumpkin Puree

Caramel

1 cup of sugar

2 ounces of water

Directions

Step 1

To make caramel: In a dry sauté pan over medium heat, melt sugar slowly until golden brown. Sugar will become extremely hot so be very careful not to touch it with your hands.

Step 2

Once the sugar is completely melted, add 2 ounces warm water. Stir till blended and remove from stove.

Step 3

Blend ingredients for flan in a blender till smooth.

Step 4

In an 11' Flan mold  place  caramel  in the bottom of the mold. Add flan mixture.

Step 5

Bake in a water bath at 300°F for approximately 45-90 minutes or until flan has set firm. Cool & Serve.

Countdown to Blog Hop, eParty & Giveaway

Our most recent event is days away, so remember comment with email must be added in order to be in the drawing.  We have outlined the specifics in an earlier post and will of course, add flyer the day before Blog Hop event begins so you can join.
